Treatment Gallery
Our case gallery showcases a selection of treatments carried out at Williamson Dental, highlighting the care, planning and attention to detail that go into each smile we restore. Every case is unique, and these examples are intended to demonstrate the range of aesthetic and restorative outcomes that can be achieved through carefully tailored treatment.

We are continually adding new cases to this gallery, so please check back regularly to see more of our latest work.
All cases have been fully anonymised, and all images and information have been published with the kind permission of the patients involved.
Case 1
Full Mouth Reconstruction on a budget
This gentleman in his 50s came to us having worn the same denture for many years, although in reality he wore it very little due to longstanding discomfort. Over time, the lack of support from the denture had contributed to severe wear of his front teeth, a deepened overbite, jaw discomfort, and a smile that no longer looked natural or in harmony with his face.

This case beautifully demonstrates that highly aesthetic, transformative results do not always require the most extensive or costly treatment. Rather than replacing multiple missing teeth with several implants, we designed a more conservative and cost-effective solution that delivered an exceptional outcome.

A new bespoke denture was made to provide significantly improved fit, comfort and support, while also increasing the bite in a carefully controlled way. This created the ideal space to restore the worn front teeth properly. The denture itself was finished with detailed gum contouring and subtle characterisation, allowing it to blend naturally and elegantly with the surrounding soft tissues.
To complete the rehabilitation, the two front teeth were restored with new crowns, bringing them back to their ideal height, shape and proportion.
The final result is a smile that looks balanced, refined and entirely natural, with minimal lower tooth display and a much softer, more harmonious overall appearance.
Most importantly, the treatment restored not only the appearance of the smile, but also comfort, support and confidence — all achieved through thoughtful planning and a conservative approach.

Case 2
Premium ceramic veneers to restore symmetry and elegance
This young patient came to us with a history of childhood trauma to her front teeth, which had resulted in repeated repairs over the years. While composite bonding can be an effective short-term way to repair broken front teeth, these restorations can stain, wear and lose their shape over time, making them increasingly noticeable within the smile.

The patient wanted a more refined, longer-lasting solution and was particularly interested in veneers as a way of achieving a beautifully natural result.

Following detailed planning and discussion, we chose to restore not only the two previously damaged front teeth, but also the corresponding teeth on the other side. This allowed us to create a far more symmetrical and harmonious smile, with improved balance in shape, proportion and overall appearance.

The final result was achieved with four premium lithium disilicate veneers. These restorations offer exceptional aesthetics, with lifelike translucency, beautiful surface polish and a highly natural colour match. Even on close inspection, it is difficult to distinguish the veneers from the surrounding natural teeth.

The finished smile looks bright, healthy and elegantly natural, while also providing a much more durable and sophisticated alternative to repeated composite repairs. With good care and maintenance, veneers of this quality can provide beautiful long-term results for many years.
Case 3
Ceramic veneers to mask deep internal discolouration
This gentleman in his 50s came to us after experiencing longstanding problems with his front teeth, three of which had previously required root canal treatment. Over time, root-treated teeth can lose their vitality and gradually darken from within, creating a grey discolouration that can become very noticeable in the smile.

In this case, ceramic veneers offered the most effective solution. Although whitening can sometimes improve mild discolouration, it would only have achieved a limited result where the underlying darkness was this advanced. Veneers therefore provided the most predictable and aesthetic way to restore a brighter, more natural appearance.

Four ceramic veneers were placed across the upper front teeth to create a symmetrical, balanced result. Careful shade selection and detailed planning allowed us to mask the internal staining as effectively as possible while still maintaining a natural look.

In cases like this, very dark underlying tooth structure can never be completely erased under close inspection. However, the improvement in the overall smile is dramatic. The finished result looks fresh, healthy and natural, and has made a transformative difference to this patient’s confidence.
